Workshop organitzar per ACCIÓ amb l'objectiu de reforçar l'estratègia de les empreses i conèixer de primera mà com altres empreses catalanes han sabut reorientar la seva estratègia amb èxit.
El proper 20 de setembre s'analitzarà el cas de canvi estratègic de FLUIDRA, una multinacional present a 45 països (cinc continents) que té 150 delegacions comercials i centres de producció. És líder mundial en els mercats més rellevants (31 països), cotitza a l'IBEX i l'any 2015 va tenir una xifra de negoci de 647 milions d'euros procedent en un 90%, del subsector de piscina & wellness.
L'any 2016, FLUIDRA va iniciar el projecte Fluidra Connect. Es tracta d'una plataforma online que controla de forma remota el funcionament i manteniment de la piscina: filtració, il·luminació, climatització i tractament químic de l'aigua.
Uns dies previs a la jornada, s'enviarà als inscrits el cas i les preguntes a respondre. El dia de la sessió, els assistents han d'arribar a les 10.00 h i seran dividits en equips reduïts de deu persones per discutir el cas durant 30 minuts.
Seguidament, tots els participants es reuniran a la sessió plenària on es posaran en comú les reflexions individuals a les que s'han arribat, tant durant la preparació prèvia, com les extretes després de la reunió en equip. Al final de la sessió, el professor desenvoluparà les conclusions extretes sobre el cas.
Aquesta és la quarta de les 5 sessions de treball del 2018 organitzades per ACCIÓ, en les que aprofundirem en els casos de canvi estratègic més rellevants, en format de taller pràctic i amb la presencia dels seus protagonistes i d'experts en la matèria.

On Thursday, May 8th, from 09:30 AM to 1:30 PM, INDESCAT invites its members to the event "The Longevity Challenge: Sport and Health as Driving Forces", an initiative co-organised with the WeMind Cluster. This gathering is part of an open innovation strategy, aimed at fostering synergies between the sports and health sectors with the goal of facilitating the development of collaborative projects with high potential impact on well-being and quality of life.

Next Tuesday, April 29th at 10:00 a.m., a new meeting of the Outdoor and Sports Tourism Working Group will be held in a virtual format. The main objective of this online meeting is to validate the current status of the group's lines of action and to share the planned activities for members over the coming months.
