Are you a company looking for specialised talent in the sports sector?

On 22 October, from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm, the Saló de l’Ocupació de Barcelona will host a dedicated professional networking space designed to connect companies from the sports ecosystem with qualified professionals and turn these connections into new opportunities.

As part of the Professional Networking initiative, promoted by the Intercol·legial with the support of INDESCAT and COPLEFC, we will facilitate the participation of companies linked to the sports sector so they can meet talented professionals, discover new profiles and identify candidates who match their needs.

Connect with the talent you are looking for

The aim is to facilitate meetings between companies and professionals, streamline recruitment processes and create connections that can lead to new hires, collaborations and professional opportunities.

The initiative will particularly focus on needs related to STEM and Management, including profiles such as:

• Digital marketing and communications

• Big Data and analytics

• Programming and technology

• Engineering

• Telecommunications

• Audiovisuals

• 3D printing

• Physics and other STEM profiles

• Management and business profiles

Get ready to find the profile your company needs

Meetings will be arranged in advance to ensure more effective networking focused on the real needs of participating companies.

If your company is looking for talent, register and tell us in 3–4 lines which professional profile you are looking for. Based on this information, we will work to identify and arrange meetings with the candidates who best match your needs. Registration deadline: Friday, 16 October.

If, on the other hand, you are a professional looking for a new career opportunity within the sports sector, you can also take part. Contact us at gandres@indescat.org with a brief description of your profile and professional interests, and we will let you know how to participate in the Professional Networking event and connect with companies looking for talent.
