On October 15th, INDESCAT took part in the Saló de l’Ocupació by organizing a roundtable discussion focused on the future of corporate wellbeing and the new professional profiles needed to build truly healthy companies.
Under the title “What profiles do companies need to be healthy?”, the session —promoted by INDESCAT’s Healthy Company and Corporate Sport Working Group— brought together experts from various fields to share knowledge, experiences, and insights on the role of talent in organizational transformation.
Speakers included Mario Rigau, CEO of Ranking Games and leader of INDESCAT’s Healthy Companies Working Group; Ester Benach, Director of Excellence, CSR and Internal Communication at Fundació Claror; and Domènec Marsiñach, Project Manager at ACES – Laboral Group.
During the debate, participants agreed that a company’s health goes far beyond physical activity or workplace design: it is a holistic vision that integrates elements such as architecture, design, ergonomics, active breaks, corporate sport, leadership, psychology, work-life balance, and a positive work environment.
The discussion also highlighted the importance of talent as a key strategic pillar for building more human, sustainable, and people-centered organizations.
INDESCAT expressed its gratitude to the speakers for their valuable contributions, as well as to the audience and to Saló de l’Ocupació and Fira Barcelona for making this initiative possible — an event aimed at connecting the world of employment with innovation and corporate wellbeing.
