AECNC was founded in 1997 with the main objective of carrying out the Negotiation of the Collective Agreement of the Swimming Clubs of CATALONIA, thus guaranteeing a common labor framework for the entire Collective. It was not until December 2006 that a further step was taken, thanks to the Presidency of Jesús Cortés who contributed a business mission to the association. Promote the business management of the CATALONIA Swimming Clubs, supporting the management and administration of their sports facilities in order to achieve the effectiveness that guarantees the viability and permanence of these agents within today's society, in order to continue contributing the values that they offer within the population; education and sports, physical activity, leisure and health.
