Technogym introduces Healthness: a new paradigm bridging wellness and health

As Nerio Alessandri, Technogym’s Founder and CEO, highlights: “After 40 years of innovation in wellness, we decided to evolve towards a broader model that combines the medical world and preventive health with technology and fitness expertise.” Healthness represents a paradigm shift in the industry, placing holistic health at the heart of physical activity.

As reported by leading media outlets such as CMDsport, Gym Factory and PR Newswire, Healthness offers a comprehensive user journey across five key pillars: physical activity, nutrition, medical diagnostics, rest, and mindfulness. All of these are seamlessly integrated through a smart technology platform that adapts recommendations and services to each individual’s needs.

This new ecosystem targets medical centers, wellness facilities, spas, hotels, and companies seeking to deliver a 360º health experience to their users. Technogym is betting on a transformation of the sector that brings together science, data, and well-being in a single personalized offering.

At INDESCAT, we are proud to give visibility to this pioneering initiative, which can generate new opportunities for collaboration and innovation in the fields of sport and health—through an increasingly transversal and people-centered approach.
